I received my B.A. from the Ohio State University and became interested in photography while traveling through Europe, the British Isles, Scandinavia, Morocco and Greece after graduation.I moved to Colorado and spent two years photographing landscapes in the 4 corners area. I then went back to school and studied photography for two years at Ohio University.  I have worked as a darkroom assistant at Boulder Community College in Colorado and have taught photography at several venues. After a 20 year absence from photography I began shooting digital in 2004. I have taught in the "Fundamentals of Photography" and "Introduction to Photo Editing" courses at the Cleveland Photographic Society's school of photography. Ballet is a favorite subject and I have photographed dress rehearsals for the Verb Ballet for several years. In 2016 I spent 2 weeks photographing in China. I currently shoot out of my studio in Brunswick, Ohio.
